It takes a bit to make me laugh out loud, but this book succeeded admirably. The author has the happy knack of seeing the funny side of domestic and agricultural disasters, but also writes sensitively about serious issues like her own battle with cancer. It's going on my list of Comfort Books for down days. Thanks for being one of my favourite authors - my only criticism is that you don't write more!
